The Irish Demilune is a rare Irish rococo carved mahogany-veneered piece. It features a frieze carved with scrolls set on top of three boldly shaped cabriole legs carved on the knees with the masks of grimacing Irish leprechauns. It hails from the Right Honourable, The Earl of Drogheda, Moore Abbey in Ireland. Circa: 1770.
